Our Story
Built by people who wrote the rules, not just read them.
LexInventum was founded out of a simple observation: Africa’s technology sector was scaling faster than the law meant to govern it, and the lawyers writing that law were rarely the ones who understood how the technology actually worked.
We closed that gap. Our team has sat inside government drafting committees, advised founders raising their first rounds, and briefed regulators on frameworks that did not yet have a name. That range is not incidental to our practice — it is the practice.
Today, LexInventum advises governments, founders, investors, and multilateral institutions across the continent on the legal architecture behind digital public infrastructure, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and the creative economy.
